Please help me make my husband a 1st time dad

My name is Tamara, you can call me Tamm Tamm. I’m 42 years old. I have two children from a failed marriage. I had to have surgery to have them they are 14&16 now. I’ve yet to be able to conceive naturally. I meet my current partner a little over 2 Years ago and we’ve been inseparable since. He is 46 years old and has no biological children. We’ve been trying for over a year with no success. Our only option is treatment at the fertility clinic. Please help me make his dream of fatherhood possible ❤️💕
