Please, Help me have my first baby.

Horrible relationships (not my choice) cost me 20 years and now it might be too late. They caused me to become dependent on disability and 75% of the time I can’t manage anything mentally or physically. I wanted a big family more than anything else, like my 3 sisters and most of my relatives.
