Please help me be a mom again

I was young and made a mistake I want to be a mom again I want to feel that beautiful feeling of a little person inside me I have 3 girls i want to bless my significant other that has no kids beside mine with his own little blessing I don’t want my choices I made in my past keep him from having his own little blessings anything helps please
