Phillips gestational surrogate

I have had difficult pregnancy’s w both children ending up in the NICU, and we lost our 3rd at 22 weeks due to cervical insufficiency. We would still like to have more children. we have 2 boys and are hoping for a girl. I would be so elated w any help we could receive.
