Our IVF Dream Baby
Organised by Elise Ezenachi · September 14, 2026

Our dream of becoming parents has been the guiding light of our marriage, yet the path to achieving it has been one of the most challenging journeys we have ever faced. We are writing to you today because we believe in our future as a family, and we are seeking the support of our community to help us complete our second cycle of IVF. Our road has been marked by profound physical and emotional hurdles. My own journey has been complicated by three ectopic pregnancies, which resulted in the loss of my right fallopian tube and a blocked left tube. Alongside these challenges, our difficulty conceiving necessitated the use of ICSI-IVF. While these medical realities were difficult to process, they only solidified our resolve to pursue parenthood through assisted reproductive technology. We began our first IVF cycle with so much hope, but the heartbreak of a failed embryo transfer was a heavy blow. It tested us in ways we never anticipated—emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Yet, in the midst of that pain, we found our anchor. Our hope remains firmly in Jesus, who provides us with the strength to persevere when the road feels too steep to climb. We are currently blessed to have seven frozen embryos waiting, and we are preparing to transfer one this coming spring with renewed faith and expectation. This journey has been, and continues to be, a significant financial burden. The costs associated with infertility treatments are overwhelming, and they have stretched our resources to their limits. Receiving financial help would be more than just financial assistance; it would be a bridge to the dream we have been working toward for so long. It would relieve a heavy weight from our shoulders and allow us to focus entirely on the hope of welcoming a child into our home. We are deeply grateful for your time in considering our story. Thank you for your compassion and for your help to turn our prayers for a family into a reality.
How we'll use the funds: This fundraiser will pay for our frozen embryo transfer that totals around $6,000.
