My dream is to be a mother

My journey has been rough I've always had painful menstrual in and out of hospitals throughout my life I ended up having weight loss surgery with the help of my gynecologist thinking that would be the answer and would have a higher chance to conceive but unfortunately I haven't gotten pregnant I did some studies with Tampa General gynecologist but have not had the opportunity to do any fertility treatments because I cannot afford it I am married and my dream is to become a mother
