Just looking to conceive again

Hello I'm an 33 year old female, I had a tubal ligation 8 years ago under anesthesia, I made the decision too have it done. 8 years later I'm no longer with my ex husband and just feel depressed because I'm unable to give my current partner any children. Thank you all so much anything helps
