IVF treatment because of double salpingectomy

My name is Latasha. In 2019 I suffered 2 successive ectopic pregnancies which led to a double salpingectomy. My husband and I are both active duty military members but the military does not cover any fertility treatments. We do not have any children and our only hope of becoming parents is through IVF. As many of you know, the costs of IVF are very high and any help would be appreciated!
