Ivf to help complete our family

My name is Tessa. I am 32 years old I have 2 five year old precious girls. I’m engaged to Amber and she has 3 boys. We have been together almost 3 years and we are wanting to add to our family but we don’t have insurance. We want our family to be complete by doing a ivf.
