Help my husband and I complete our family

Hello I’m hailey, I am 28 years old diagnosed with secondary infertility due to stage 4 endometriosis. I’ve been on my fertility journey for 7 years. Me and my husband both have a child from previous partners and I can’t help but feel like we’re missing a piece to our puzzle.
