Help me get pregnant

Hi I am Stephanie. I was in a relationship to where I got married . My husband had other children before me and together we had a total of (5). So he convinced me to have my tubes tied. Well 6 months later we were filling for divorce. Now 7 years later down the road I have am getting married to the man of my dreams and we really want a child of our own. We have been together over 3 years already and I really want to do this. We want to complete our family. But it’s too much to have the surgery to reverse them. So I need some help. Please help us complete our little family.
