Fertility Treatments to help start our family

My name is Paige and I have been married to my wonderful husband for 5yrs. We begin trying for a family three years ago. However, after a ruptured ectopic pregnancy and the unexpected loss of an ovary and last remaining fallopian tube, we're ready to begin medically assisted fertility treatments.
