Help Me Give My Daughter a Sibling — Our IVF Journey ❤️

Becoming a mother has been one of the greatest blessings of my life. My daughter has filled my heart with a love I never knew was possible, and one of my biggest dreams is to give her a little brother or sister to grow up with, share memories with, and experience life alongside.

But my journey to motherhood has been far from easy.

I was diagnosed with premature ovarian failure, a condition that has made my dream of building a family much more challenging than I ever imagined.

I have gone through four rounds of IVF, each requiring emotional strength, physical sacrifices, financial commitment, and so much hope. Through it all, I kept believing that one day my dream of becoming a mother would come true.

Those treatments came at a tremendous financial cost. I invested my savings into my fertility journey because having a family meant everything to me. Today, I am incredibly grateful to have my beautiful daughter, but I still dream of expanding our family and giving her a sibling.

Unfortunately, because of my diagnosis, I am unable to use my own eggs, and IVF using donor eggs is now my only path toward carrying another child.

I have fully embraced the possibility of using an egg donor. To me, being a mother has never been about genetics. It is about love, sacrifice, nurturing, and the lifelong bond between a parent and child. I know that any child welcomed into our family through egg donation will be loved just as deeply and unconditionally.

However, after four IVF rounds and using up my savings, I am now facing another obstacle: the enormous cost of purchasing donor eggs.

My financial situation has also changed. I am no longer earning the same income I once did, and while my partner and I are working hard to provide for our daughter and manage our responsibilities, saving enough money to purchase donor eggs has become extremely difficult.

This is why I am humbly asking for your help.

Our fundraising goal is $30,000, which will be used specifically to purchase donor eggs and cover the associated egg-bank fees.

After researching donor-egg options through MyEggBank, we learned that some donor-egg programs cost more than $20,000, before certain additional fees such as shipping and other applicable egg-bank charges.

My partner and I will personally cover all other IVF-related expenses, including fertility medications, medical procedures, laboratory services, and embryo transfer. We are not asking for our entire fertility journey to be funded. We are simply asking for assistance with the significant cost of obtaining the donor eggs that we need to move forward.

I understand that everyone has their own financial responsibilities and challenges, and asking for help is not something that comes easily to me. But after everything I have been through, I am not ready to give up on the dream of growing our family.

When I look at my daughter, I imagine the possibility of her having a sibling to laugh with, play with, grow up with, and create beautiful childhood memories alongside. I know that having another child is never guaranteed, even with IVF, but I would be incredibly grateful for the opportunity to try again.

Every donation, whether $5, $10, $20, or any amount, would bring us one step closer to purchasing the donor eggs we need. And if you are unable to donate, simply sharing our story with friends and family would mean just as much.

This fundraiser is not just about raising money. It is about hope, family, and the opportunity to continue a journey that has already required so much love, strength, and sacrifice.

My daughter is already my greatest blessing. My hope is that one day I will be able to tell her that our family grew with the help of people who believed in our dream and showed us kindness when we needed it most.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for taking the time to read our story, for your generosity, and for helping us hold on to the possibility of welcoming another child into our family.

With love, hope, and endless gratitude. ❤️
