Christina's Egg Freezing Journey

Hi, it's Christina. I've not thought about creating a fundraiser until it was recently recommended to me. I typically struggle with asking for help but this is extremely important to me. I'm starting this fundraiser to help with the cost of egg preservation for the hope of having a child in the future. I've always known that I wanted to be a mother, hopefully to at least two children. I don't want to miss out on this gift of life and family so I am pursuing egg freezing as I was diagnosed with diminished ovarian reserve. Egg freezing/preservation can end up being anywhere from 10,000 to 40,000 or more by my estimates and anything you can do to help would be much appreciated. Thank you!

Becoming a mother is deeply important to me. Being diagnosed with diminished ovarian reserve at 34 has brought an unexpected sense of urgency to a future I hoped I would have more time to prepare for. Although egg freezing cannot guarantee a child, it offers an opportunity to preserve that possibility. I am taking the steps I can to make treatment affordable, but the financial burden is significant, especially without knowing how many retrievals I may need. Your support would help me move forward with greater hope and less financial strain.

How I'll use the funds: This would help cover the costs of doctor visits, required testing, fertility medications, egg retrieval procedure(s), and cryostorage, making it more financially feasible for me to preserve my fertility.
