Hello my name is Jamie Evans me and my fiance has been trying for 4 years . I was diagnosed with with PCOS . We were hoping to become parents and start are journey of parenthood a little bit about myself is I play the piano I am a cbrfaid and I love helping people and making a difference in people's lives and this would mean the world to us . that's why we are creating this fundraiser to help us with the cost of becoming parents.
