Allison & Landon's IVF Journey

Organised by Allison Foust · September 18, 2026

After 4 years of trying to conceive, we learned that the effects of Landon’s testicular cancer and two rounds of chemotherapy in 2019 left us with less than a 1% chance of conceiving naturally. Our fertility doctor has advised us that IVF with ICSI is our only realistic option, as standard IVF would not be sufficient in our situation. I had my son, Dallon, when I was 17, and he is now 15. For years, he has hoped for a little brother or sister, so the opportunity to grow our family would mean the world to him as well. Although Dallon is not Landon’s biological son, Landon has loved and raised him as his own since Dallon was six. He has been an incredible father, but he never had the opportunity to raise a child from infancy. This is something he wants with his whole heart. We would be deeply grateful for the chance to experience that together. To give Landon that blessing would be a prayer answered. We are incredibly grateful that Landon overcame cancer, and creating a child together would represent a beautiful new chapter after such a difficult season. Unfortunately, the cost of the specialized treatment we need creates a significant financial burden alongside our existing household expenses. While financially we could use help, we would ask for prayer as well. Thank you.

What your support covers: It would pay for testing, lab costs, treatments, medications, travel costs and bills when PTO runs out for the both of us.
